- shipping information, if different from your address
- preferred method of payment: credit card/paypal, or bank transfer

If paying by credit card, we will invoice you by email and send you a link for you to directly process your payment through paypal. Please be aware that we use paypal for credit card payments exclusively, we do not accept card numbers over the phone.
If paying by bank transfer, we will email you the necessary account information.
